Singapore to have a Natural History Museum? Why not? The Raffles Museum has a good collection of specimens, and with some of our prized artifacts linguishing in the depths of a storage house, it is time for them to see the light of the day and let Singaporeans enjoy the biological history of Singapore.


We gave this whale skeleton away to KL in 1972 when NMS changed focus. We are shortsighted, no?

With less than 1% of the zoological Reference Collection on display, i think we will have a great collection 😉
